Membership Information

BSCRS membership is offered to qualified practising ophthalmologists in Bangladesh region and must be approved by the BSCRS Board of Officers. Those who do not qualify for full membership may be admitted as Associate Members.

Categories & Privileges

Ordinary membership includes the following benefits:

• Reduced registration fees at BSCRS congress during subscription
• Free access to EyeWorld Bangladeshi News Magazine
• Membership application subject to approval by the BSCRS Board of Officers
• Membership Certificate upon approval
• With voting right
• Subscription Fee: US$100 for 1 year

Associate Membership includes the following benefits:

• Reduced registration fees at all BSCRS Annual Congresses for the 3-year membership period
• Free access to EyeWorld Bangladeshi News Magazine
• Membership Certificate upon approval by the Board of Officers
• No voting right
• Subscription Fee: US$50 for 3 years

Eligibility:

• Applicant must be a practising ophthalmologist. Residents and fellows are not eligible for BSCRS membership.
• Any other experience determined as relevant by the BSCRS Board.
